After unexpectedly losing my mom, my sister and I found ourselves navigating a difficult journey as we devotedly supported our dad during his illness. We were faced with several tough choices as his health steadily declined. Ultimately, the decision to place him in palliative care was heartbreaking, but deep down we understood it was a necessary step for his well-being. Fortunately, the care team was absolutely amazing; they ensured his comfort and dignity while also guiding us through the entire process with compassion and understanding.
